TOA yoga is a unique and perfect blend of traditional and modern yoga techniques. We integrate breathing and bandhas, which are the inner life of every pose, and essential for mastering the philosophies, principles and practices of yoga.
Rooted with the importance of breath as a foundation and activation of the deep core muscles. This allows an individual to build strength and stability from the inside out, while allowing the outer over-worked muscles to release tension and stress.
