Barefoot Yoga at The Farm is a Sunday morning ritual that invites you to slow down, breathe deep, and reconnect, with nature, with your body, and with the moment.
Held outdoors on the lush grassy headland at Killalea Regional Park, these sessions are about more than just movement. You’ll feel the earth beneath your feet, the ocean breeze on your skin, and the gentle rhythm of breath syncing with the sounds of nature.
Each class blends mindful yoga, grounding breathwork, and space to simply be, away from screens, stress, and the noise of daily life. It’s a chance to reset for the week ahead in one of the most peaceful spots on the South Coast.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, all levels are welcome. Just bring your mat, a towel, and a gold coin donation. Stay after class for a chat, a laugh, and that feeling of calm that only comes from being barefoot in the grass with a kind-hearted community around you.
